W-T offers medical, dental and vision health benefits. W-T is partnered with three major insurance carriers to provide 2 excellent PPO medical plans, a dental plan that covers a wide range of services, and a VSP vision plan.

We understand that our employees deserve time away from office to spend with family, friends, or themselves. Therefore, W-T offers a vacation and personal time off and 9 paid holidays each year.

Life Insurance and AD&D

W-T pays for each employee to have a Basic Life Insurance and AD&D. Supplemental life and AD&D plans are also available for each employee and their dependents.

Short Term and Long Term Disability

W-T pays for each employee to have Long Term Disability insurance. Employees also have the option of enrolling in short term disability at an additional cost.

401(k) Retirement Plan
