The 3,154 sq. ft. Burger King QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant) is based off of the standard ROC-60 Burger King prototype, but is modified in such a way to add much needed additional seating as well as a third window for an additional cashier position during heavy traffic hours. Concentration on the exterior was geared towards high quality finishes and features. It includes two tones of face brick, a complementary cultured stone at the towers and iconic BK signage and blue metal awnings. Built in the same time frame as the neighboring retail building, they share similar materials as well as landscaping to tie them together. The interior of the BK is a true experience to the customer with high end fixtures and decor, and users have many options of seating from an eight-person table down to high top bar style for singles or doubles.
