Duluth Trading Co

This project consisted of approximately 7 buildable acres for the first ground-up Duluth Trading Company retail store in the Chicagoland area. WT Group provided, conceptual design services, zoning, land surveying and civil engineering. This project was challenging as although stormwater management was provided for by the master development, newly adopted MWRD required BMPs that were not previously considered in this development. WT Group worked with the owner, Village, contractor and MWRD in order to maximize the site and meet all applicable code requirements. The site was successfully development and there is a residual lot for future development, further enhancing the long-term value to the client.
