The project was developed concurrently with a Burger King Franchise development. WT Group provided site planning that allowed Bricher Crossings and Burger King to utilize shared parking and access in order to create a more valuable development for the owner.
WT worked with the owner, city, multiple corporate approvals and several site plan iterations and maximized the buildable area creating and site potential, while optimizing visibility from the primary roadways.
Ultimately, the site held a successful 6,000 square foot multi-tenant strip center in addition to the primary Burger King use.
